Mrs. Faith Vincent-Odje
Auditor/Corporate Governance

A highly experienced Chartered Accountant and a Certified Public Accountant of Nigeria (CPA). Her experiences cut across the Public, Private and Non-profit sectors. A key independent member of the Foundation’s corporate governance team.

 

Mrs. Tosan Chukwueke
Finance & Accounts/Corporate Governance

A highly experienced Chartered Accountant with a lot of Board room/Corporate governance experience in the Private and Non-profit sectors. An independent member of the Foundation’s corporate governance team.

 

Mrs. Idia Akanbi
Human Resources & Development

A highly experienced UK trained Human Resources Management/Training expert for Dewdrop. She is recognized in the industry for her customer-centric focus and excellent people development skills. She is a key member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Barr (Ms.) Chinwe Okwuonu
Advocacy & Gender Program

A dedicated Lawyer and experienced trainer in Human rights issues. She is a key member of the advocacy team, with a strong bias for gender based issues, especially protection of the girl-child. She has a Law Degree/Law School, & Masters in Business Administration (MBA)

 

Mrs. Debbie O Nwosu
Capacity Development & Advocacy Program

A highly experienced Matron, Midwife and Personal Care Support Worker who specialized in community nursing. She has a Masters’ Degree in Child & Adolescent Health, from University of Northampton, UK as well as a BSc. Nursing Administration and School of Midwifery. Debbie is a member of the National Association of Nigerian Nurses and Midwives. She is a dedicated pioneer Trainer for Dewdrop Foundation since its pilot childcare classes in 2011.

 

Ms. Franca Adah
Advocacy & Gender Program

A member of the advocacy team. Provides event management support for the Annual scholarship program for 36 indigent female undergraduates in Nigerian Universities each year, and healthy food program for 11 orphanages across the nation, in collaboration with the Nigerian Women Association of Georgia’s (NWAG, USA)

 

Mrs. Joy Ukelere
Advocacy & Gender Program

A member of the Advocacy team. Passionate about improving the well-being of resource-poor communities using evidence-based cost-effective methods. Has over 10 years’ post-qualification experience in the non-profit sector. She is also a member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mrs. Odi Lagi
Advocacy & Legal Aid

A development profesional and human rights advocate with over 12 years experiencing promoting human rights based porgraming. As the Senior Program Officer of NULAI Nigeria, she has successfully grown the footprint of NULAI as a network of clinical programmes in Nigeria from nothing to cover about two-third of the law faculties in Nigeria, secured institutional approval for the programme and managed to persuade the Nigeria’s Parliament through the Legal Aid Council of Nigeria to integrate University-based legal aid clinics into the community of statutorily recognized legal aid services in Nigeria.

She is a member, Board of Directors and the current African representative with the Global Alliance for Justice Education (GAJE) and also serves as the Secretary of its Executive Committee.

Odi Lagi is seasoned development professional with a Diploma in Development Leadership from Coady International Institute and Diploma in Social Innovation from UN University of Peace. She is an Open Society Justice Initiative (OSJI) Human Rights Fellow with Masters in Human Rights from the Central European University and a trained human rights educator from Equitas (International Centre for Human Rights Education, Canada).

 

Mrs. Abby Ebodaghe
Gender Empowerment & Youth Program

Supports advocacy with special interest in empowerment programs for women and young girls. Also independent member of the Foundation’s corporate governance team. She is a member of the Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mrs. Blessing Egwu
Gender Empowerment & Youth Program

Supports advocacy, training, and expertise on social care issues with special bias for women and youths. A US trained, multi-talented, highly experienced and licensed Master of Social Work in New York, USA with over 30 years’ experience in top public service and corporate management positions. She is a key member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team

 

Ms. Urenna Madubuike, PhD
Elderly care Program

A leading power engineer at Corning Incorporated USA, with a PhD in Electrical Engineering (Industrial & Systems Engineering) from Georgia Tech University, Atlanta. She supports Dewdrop Foundation’s advocacy programs and provides expertise in project management and elderly care issues.

 

Dr. Charles Njoku
Healthcare Program Facilitator

A Medical Consultant and Head of Dept. in a top Nigerian University. He advises and supports the Foundation’s medical missions and training program for first responders.

 

Mrs Amuche Ani Assessor
Homecare & Gender Program

A professional caterer and event manager. Has a strong bias for community development and skills development for women and children. She is a key member of the Capacity Building team.

 

Mr Anthony Anike
LOC Team, Pilot Community Project – Umuode, Enugu State

Team Leader, LOC – a professional in project management, and has been in charge of research and organization of stakeholder events, management of community projects for the past three years. He is a member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mrs Dorothy Ede
LOC Team, Pilot Community Project – Umuode, Enugu State

A retired Civil Servant and a leading representation of women in the community. She is a member of the Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mr Alex Anike
LOC Team, Pilot Community Project – Umuode, Enugu State

A retired civil servant and a leading representation of men in the community. He is a key member of the Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mr. George Animba
LOC Team, Pilot Community Project – Umuode, Enugu State

A representative of Umuode Traditional Ruler’s Council and member of Umuode Town Union Executive. He is a key member of the Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mrs. Eugenia Onyia
LOC Program Coordinator- Capacity Building Enugu State

Training Supervisor, LOC. She is the leading Administrative staff with over ten years teaching experience. She has been actively involved in the development and implementation of academic activities and plans for a Community Nursery & Primary school in Umuode. She is a key member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team. She is An Accountant, with Post Graduate Diploma and a Masters’ Degree in Education.

 

Mrs Callister Omaba
LOC Program Coordinator- Health Care Project Umuode

Health Program Officer, LOC. Mrs Omaba is a qualified nurse and midwife resident in Umuode. She has been practicing her profession for over fifteen (15) years and has been leading the health care delivery services in Umuode community. She conducts periodic research to update the health status of Umuode citizens on behalf of Dewdrop Foundation. She is a key member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team.

 

Mrs Antonia Ani
LOC Program Coordinator- Healthy School Meal Project Umuode

A respected farmer and caterer in the community, and a leading representative of women. She is a member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team

 

Mrs. Nebechi Onovo
LOC Team, Pilot Community Project – Umuode, Enugu State

A professional teacher and a leading representation of women in the community. She is a member of the Capacity Building, Monitoring & Evaluation team

 

Mr. Nnaemeka Ene
ICT Support

He is a UK trained IT expert. He is in charge of maintenance of ICT systems and database management.
